Cashlyn is a professional services firm. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit cashlyn.com, submit a diagnostic request, or otherwise contact us.

Information you send us: name, email, company, title, revenue range, and whatever you write in a form or email.

Technical data: browser type, device, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use this to operate and improve the site.

We do not buy contact lists. We do not scrape your customers' data as part of a marketing motion.

To respond to diagnostic and contact requests.

To operate, secure, and improve the website.

To send follow-up that you asked for. We do not run spray-and-pray newsletters off this form.

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that a human submitted the form. Resend delivers the notification email to Cashlyn. Hosting may sit on Vercel. Those vendors see only what they need to run that job.

We will disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to run the relationship and meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of the personal information we hold. Email hello@cashlyn.com. We will verify the request and respond in the time the law requires.

The diagnostic form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, request rate limits, and length caps. See the Security page for the current controls. No website is invulnerable. Do not send highly sensitive attachments through the public form.
